Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 2, 2017 No. 784 “On the organization of the activities of SUE“ Uzavtoyo'lbelgi ” under the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on roads” defines the structure of SUE “Uzavtoyo'lbelgi”. According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP 3127 dated July 11, 2017 “On measures to further improve the road safety system”, the State Unitary Enterprise (SUE) “Uzavtoyo'lbelgi” under the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on highways was organized.

It was determined the main task of its production of road signs, information signs, other technical means of traffic control, road marking materials ensuring a long service life. The decree also determined that only SUE “Uzavtoyo'lbelgi” has the right to produce traffic signs, information signs, and other technical means of traffic control. State Unitary Enterprise Uzavtoyo'lbelgi began its activities after the registration of constituent documents in the Authority of Mirzo Ulugbek district of the city of Tashkent on October 19, 2017.

The production building for the production of road signs, information signs, and other technical means of traffic control is located in the village of Bardankul, Yukorichirchik district, Tashkent region. Available equipment started production on a metal basis with retroreflective film of road signs and information signs from April 2018. The products manufactured fully meet the requirements of the O’zDSt 3283: 2017 “Road signs” and international standards.

At present, the reconstruction of selected industrial buildings has begun and measures are being taken to modernize production with new European-class technicians. For this purpose, marketing research has been conducted and, based on its results, contracts are concluded by suppliers of specialized equipment and machinery.

In June 2018, the company acquired road marking techniques on roads and road marking techniques from highways, which are currently used for road markings in the central streets of the city of Tashkent. The company is working on the creation of a joint venture for the production of paints and thermoplastic for applying road markings on highways. For this purpose, a Memorandum was signed with the Chinese company Qingdao Lefeng International Trading Co., LTD.
